I found this recipe for Oatmeal Raisin Cookie a few years back on a diabetic website called diabetic-recipes.com. I haven't been there for a while but my recipe that I printed out has seen better days and I thought what better way to get a clean copy of the recipe than to blog about it. So I thought I would let you know that I will do another post that will just be the recipe. And maybe I'll take pictures and download them for you. Advance apologies when the pictures don't look that good. I guess I am my toughest critic when it comes to that.
